TMA NYC has assembled an extraordinary panel of restructuring professionals and industry leaders drawing from law, investment banking, financial advisors and members of the media to reflect on noteworthy events that shaped the last year in our industry, including crypto bankruptcies, third-party releases and creditor on creditor violence. The panel will forecast what they predict will influence upcoming trends, including the general outlook for restructuring work given the state of the economy, liability management and venue and out-of-court workouts.
