Our esteemed panel will discuss effective lawyering (and also what is ineffective), if there are differences in effective lawyering between live and virtual hearings, and share thoughts, insights and tips on best practices.  Their collective experiences and viewpoints will bring valuable perspectives to professionals in the turnaround and restructuring industry. The panel will be moderated by Caleb Chaplain and Brandon Poirier, Career Law Clerks to the Honorable Rebecca Connelly and to the Honorable Klinette Kindred, respectively.
