ROOM RESERVATIONS: 

• Attendees must call the hotel directly to make room reservations no later than July 21, 2023 in order to receive the discounted group rate.

• Attendees should identify themselves as being part of the Group when calling. 
• All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit.
• Cancellation less than 72 hours before arrival will result in a charge equal to one night’s room and tax. To avoid EARLY CHECKOUT FEES advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in the planned length of stay.
• Available Conference Room Rates: Standard King is $315 on 8/29 & 8/30, $409 on 8/31. Standard Queen is $339 on 8/29 & 8/30, $439 on 8/31. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:  The deadline to cancel for a refund is Monday, August 15 at 5:00 PM. No refunds will be granted after this date, but substitutions are welcomed. Please consider sending a colleague in your absence, should you need to cancel after the cancellation date.
