I Strenuously Object: Mock Hearing on Receivership Sale

Our talented team of panel members listed below will be hosting and presenting a mock sale confirmation process, presided over by a retired judge.  The mock hearing will include testimony from a receiver, lender, valuation experts, and competing buyers, to give the full spectrum of interests and provide insight on how to best position yourself and your clients in these situations.  Audience participation will be encouraged, and questions will be welcomed throughout the process to discuss strategies and outcomes during the hearing.
