Mock Trial, Take II

Our mock trial team is back for Part Two – 
Join the Minnesota Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association to witness the team tackle the issues involved in a motion to appoint a receiver, and when the borrower objects to the motion. In addition to whatever outlandish ad libs our presenters come up with, this presentation we will address topics including: 

• The bank’s legal and factual basis for appointment; 
• Whether defaults have actually occurred; 
• Whether a receivership is actually necessary;
• Whether there are less imposing means for the parties to achieve their goals.
