This event will be held on October 22, 2025, from 5:30–8:30 PM.
Please join us for our event on October 22nd that will include a moderated discussion on how immigration policies are impacting businesses. Michael Kaczka will moderate a discussion with Sarah Flannery, a partner within Thompson Hine’s immigration practice. The discussion will include:
- How employers are facing uncertainty of workforce management because certain work authorizations granted to foreign national workers are being cut short.
- How businesses in certain industries such as agriculture, construction, and food production are facing a shortage of workers due to widespread worksite enforcement and deportations.
