How to Get to Your Seats:

Our seats are located in the North End Club. Enter LCA at the Huntington or Chevrolet Entrance and take the elevators near the entrances to level 4. Your ticket will be scanned again on level 4 to receive a wristband for the area. Chapter Executives from TMA and SFNet will be near the elevators with nametags.

Access Tickets Digitally:

All tickets are electronic. You will receive an email asking you to accept your tickets. Once you do this you will need to login/create a Pistons account. Note - the email might appear as it is coming from "Detroit Pistons <noreply@ticketmaster.com>" instead of TMA Detroit. Please accept your tickets by noon on Wenesday.

You will receive 2 total items as described below. If you registered a guest, I will be emailing them separately as well so they will receive their own tickets.

Electronic Ticket – This serves as your ticket to enter the stadium. Each ticket is assigned a unique seat, but we will have a common area for networking, gathering, and eating as well.
Pistons Item – Redeemable for a free Pistons Item. Head to the Group Booth near the Chevy Entrance across from Portal 7 and simply show your voucher for your free item. You will need to show the vouchers at the table before the end of the halftime.

Parking: Parking is on your own and it has been recommended that we purchase parking passes before arriving at the game. You can pre-purchase parking here https://www.parkwhiz.com/little-caesars-arena-parking or you can purchase parking through the app Parkwhiz on your phone.

Event Cancellation Policy

Requests for refunds must be made in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the date of the event (e-mail is acceptable). No cancellations will be accepted within 48 hours of the event. Substitutions are allowed and must be submitted in writing (e-mail is acceptable). The substitute must be from the same firm as the original registrant and, if the substitute is not a TMA Member, the difference in registration fee will be required. Please note that if you register for the event after the cancellation deadline has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund should you need to cancel your registration. The cancellation policy applies to all registrants regardless of when the registration is submitted. Registrants who fail to attend the event and do not provide written notice in accordance with these policies and deadlines are responsible for full payment.
