This webinar is a panel discussion/overview of insurance for distressed businesses. The types of insurance we will touch upon are:
i. Management Liability - Evaluate the impact on risk associated with lines of insurance including Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability and Fiduciary Liability.
ii. Risk Control/Umbrella - During time of business distress, it is as important for companies to remain vigilant as it is during normal times.
iii. Reps & Warranties - When businesses are being sold, the use of representations and warranties insurance can bridge the gap by protecting buyers from losses resulting from a breach of the seller’s or target company’s representations in a purchase agreement, thereby eliminating the need for a robust indemnity or enhancing a limited seller indemnity.
