OUR PROGRAM
Forget 1 day prepacks. We will develop a turnaround/bankruptcy plan for 3 troubled companies in just 90 minutes... all while enjoying dinner with your colleagues! Together with your table colleagues, you will develop a Plan to resolve the challenges of a troubled company scenario. Whether your Plan involves a filing or staying out of court, your team will present it to Judge James Tancredi who will render judgement on its likelihood of success. Attendees will receive scenarios in advance so they are well prepared for the challenge!
