Key Details
- Eligibility: UNYTMA Upstate New York Chapter members only
- Transactions: Completed in 2025 or 2026
- Deadline: January 4, 2027
- Presented at: Casino Night, late January 2027
How It Works
- Gather your numbers: company size, dollar amounts, and before-and-after impact
- Complete the online application (link below)
- Submit by January 4, 2027
- The winning nominee attends Casino Night and gives a 10-minute presentation
- Each professional on the winning team who attends receives a plaque
What Judges Look For
- Size of the company: employees, revenue, locations, and stakeholders
- Dollars involved: transaction size, debt addressed, and profitability changes
- Before and after impact: jobs saved and the overall result
- Professionals recognized, with their consent
