TMA Restructuring Boot Camp

Looking to learn more about turnarounds and corporate restructuring? Parachute into a distressed company and explore the financial, managerial, and legal issues that Chief Restructuring Officers (CROs) and financial advisors regularly face. Taught by TMA Certified Turnaround Professionals (CTPs) and experienced restructuring attorneys, the TMA Restructuring Boot Camp offers attendees the unique opportunity to discuss proposed approaches with experts and gain valuable insight into how turnarounds really work.

The TMA Restructuring Boot Camp is open to everyone seeking foundational knowledge about turnaround and restructuring engagements.

Previously offered as an add-on for only TMA NextGen attendees, Boot Camp is now open to everyone, whether or not you are attending the conference. Lunch will be provided during the lunch break on behalf of TMA for Boot Camp attendees!

  If you plan to attend the TMA NextGen Leadership Conference, you can add-on the TMA Restructuring Boot Camp for $149 during that registration process.

Boot Camp Part 1 — Wednesday, July 26 at 9:30am - 12:00pm CT

• 2.5 CLE credits  (approved by IL, DE, FL, and PA, with accepted reciprocity in AZ, CA, CT, NJ, and NY; pending approval by TX)
• 3.0 CPE credits  —  2.0 CPE credits in Management Services and 1.0 CPE credits in Business Management & Organization
• 3.0 CEU credits

Boot Camp Part 2 — Wednesday, July 26 at 12:30pm - 3:00pm CT

• 2.5 CLE credits, including 0.5 Ethics credits  (approved by IL, DE, FL, and PA, with accepted reciprocity in AZ, CA, CT, NJ, and NY; pending approval by TX)
• 3.0 CPE credits  —  2.0 CPE credits in Business Law; 1.0 CPE credits in Behavioral Ethics
• 3.0 CEU credits

Turnaround Management Association (TMA) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
