Please join us for the State of the Economy and Implications for Commercial Bankruptcy Filings Lunch and Learn with William T. Rule II, Ph.D. Dr. Rule is the Senior Economist with the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.

As an economist focused on bankruptcy trends, Dr. Bill Rule (aka "Dr. Doom") studies the data that drives insolvency. Join us as Dr. Rule discusses the chief concerns facing the economy and their implications for commercial bankruptcy filings. He will also provide an overview of national bankruptcy filing trends (including the three Tennessee judicial districts) and a review of GDP, labor markets, inflation, and capital markets.

This will be an education luncheon where one can receive 1.25 hours of CLE credit.  Lunch will be served for attendees joining live.  
There is also a virtual option for attendance.
