Join TMA Detroit’s Network of Women and featured speaker Kathleen Dobrovic for an honest, engaging conversation about what it truly means to “do both” — building a fulfilling career while raising a family.

Kathleen will share her path into the industry and the personal experiences that have shaped her journey, offering a candid look at the rhythms of her week, the tradeoffs that come with ambition, and the ongoing balance between professional identity and societal expectations. She’ll also explore the systems and support networks that make it all possible, along with the lessons she’s learned at different stages of motherhood, providing thoughtful reflections and practical guidance for aspiring or expecting mothers.

The program will conclude with an open Q&A, allowing attendees to submit questions anonymously.
