The January 18th DFW Chapter meeting will feature Honorable Michelle V. Larson, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Northern District of Texas, presiding over a Mock Trial discussing priming lien DIP loans. See how the sausage is made before and during trials with the Debtor, banks and UCC dueling it out and then guess on how Judge Larson will rule.
