Theranos #2 - The Story Unfolds...

We hope you can join the Minnesota Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association for a follow-up presentation regarding the Theranos, Inc. scandal on September 10^th at Minneapolis Club (4 - 6:30pm).

In 2018, after massive fraud was uncovered by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Theranos Inc. wound down operations and its founder, Elizabeth Holmes, was convicted on multiple criminal charges.

In 2023, Caitlin Hull and Stephen O’Neill who represented the assignment estate and managed the wind down of Theranos, gave a terrific presentation to the Minnesota Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association about that process.

This year, Caitlin Hull is back to tell more of the story, dig into the juicy details from trial, and talk about some of the more recent developments in the saga that is Theranos.
