T. Michael Logan - Managing Partner, TML Corporate Strategies 

Mr. Logan brings over 40 years of intensive business experience, specializing in managing Special Situations and workout functions for multiple institutions. His expertise spans strategic, operational, and financial restructurings, debt exchanges, equity and debt recapitalizations, business acquisitions and divestitures, debt facility renegotiations, debtor-in-possession financing, and liquidations.

He has extensive involvement with legal matters, including court testimony and serving on Creditor Committees. Mr. Logan has served as an Independent Director and on Restructuring Committees for both public and privately-held companies, contributing to award-winning turnarounds.

Formerly a Managing Director at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and SunTrust Bank, Mr. Logan's affiliations include the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Turnaround Management Association, where he was a National Director. He is a sought-after speaker and panelist at national and regional conferences. Mr. Logan holds a degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University, where he attended on a football scholarship.

Bill Krueger - Senior Vice President, Truist Asset Resolution Group 

Bill manages complex and syndicated distressed relationships in the bank's Corporate and Investment Banking Division. Bill began his career in 1995 after completing SunTrust’s management associate program and has been a workout professional since the recession of the early 2000’s. Bill has managed relationships ranging from multinational publicly traded companies to local middle market firms. 

Jason Alpert - Managing Partner, Castlebar Holdings

Jason Alpert is the Managing Partner of Castlebar Holdings, a distressed debt investor and an advisor / consultant for financial institutions.  Castlebar helps banks and credit unions in resolving and mitigating risk within their problem loan portfolios.

Jason Alpert, Managing Partner of Castlebar Holdings, is a seasoned distressed debt investor and financial consultant. At Wells Fargo, he spearheaded the distressed portfolio sale team, successfully selling over $1 billion in assets across 38 states. His leadership also extended to restructuring and resolving distressed loans for middle-market commercial borrowers nationwide. Jason, a highly decorated banker, received top honors including Wells Fargo's Golden Spoke Award and recognition in the Tampa Bay Business Journal's "40 under 40". He serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Tampa, contributes to the Risk Management Association Journal, and is a frequent speaker at professional conferences. He holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida.
 

Jim Timko- Attorney, Dean Mead

An attorney with Dean Mead’s Litigation Department, James “Jim” Timko is a recipient of the Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating and has been recognized as a Best Lawyer in America and in Marquis Who’s Who®. His practice is focused on matters involving creditors' rights and bankruptcy, and commercial litigation. Jim’s clients include: assignees for the benefit of creditors, receivers, creditors, debtors, secured, lenders, mortgage companies, landlords, franchisors, bankruptcy trustees and other business enterprises in chapter 7 and chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, and assignment for the benefit of creditors’ cases, and receiverships. Jim also has significant experience resolving general commercial disputes. He has represented institutional lenders in connection with asset based lending and real estate transactions.
A national speaker and author on creditors' rights and bankruptcy law, Jim is the former president of the Florida chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and is currently a Board Member for the Central Florida Bankruptcy Lawyers Association.
