NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
The Annual Meeting of the New Jersey Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association will be held on January 28, 2026 at 6:00 pm for the purposes of (1) receiving the reports of the Executive Committee and Treasurer, (2) electing the 2026-2027 slate of Directors. Those Directors nominated for renewal to a new term 2026-2027, are: Sabena Arora, Alan Brody, Anthony Calascibetta, Donald Clarke, Melissa Dardani, David DeMuth, Travis Graga, Michael Herz, Shefali Kotta, Marc Miceli, Sari Placona, Stephen Ravin, Robert Roglieri, Joseph Schwartz. Those Directors nominated for an initial 2026-2027 term are: Susannah Prill, Vincent Roldan, Susan Wernick. The Directors will be elected by simple majority of those members present at the annual meeting.
