NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
The Annual Meeting of the New Jersey Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association will be held on January 28, 2026 at 6:00 pm for the purposes of (1) receiving the reports of the Executive Committee and Treasurer, (2) electing the 2026-2027 slate of Directors. Those Directors nominated for renewal to a new term 2026-2027, are: TBD. Those Directors nominated for an initial 2026-2027 term are: TBD. The Directors will be elected by simple majority of those members present at the annual meeting.
