Steve WolfSteve’s career began in the metalworking machinery business in 1981. As a partner in a major machinery dealer operation for over 10 years, Steve developed knowledge and relationships that continue to grow today.

As a managing partner at Hilco Industrial for more than 18 years, Steve was instrumental in growing Hilco Industrial by recruiting the top sales, marketing, and financial people available while expanding Hilco’s global footprint, which eventually comprised over 100 seasoned professionals in 25 offices serving clients globally. Stephan had been actively involved with over 1500 projects that recovered more than $2 billion for clients.

Today, Steve brings his 30+ years of experience to a new endeavor. Wolf Industrial Advisors allows Steve the opportunity to utilize his valuation expertise, professional relationships, and network of buyers and sellers for the benefit of companies in countless industries.
Panelists: 
Mike WallMike Wall serves as the Executive Director of Automotive Analysis at S&P Global Mobility. He brings over 25 years of financial analysis, forecasting, consulting and manufacturing experience to the firm, with a primary focus on assisting financial firms and manufacturers in their evaluation and understanding of the auto industry, as well as in-depth analysis of vehicle markets and trends.

Christina KellerChristina Keller was named board chair of Cascade Engineering (CE) in 2023 and is currently six years into her tenure as CEO of CE, a family-owned private business founded by her father Fred Keller in 1973. With the experiences she garnered since joining the company in 2009, Keller's aim is to ensure CE demonstrates continued leadership as a triple bottom line, long term sustainable company. 

Under her leadership, in addition to being a world class, innovative large tonnage injection molding manufacturing company, CE leads in circular economy solutions and collective thriving. Before she was elevated to her current position in 2018, Keller served as the president for various divisions and she led the strategic integration of all Cascade Engineering's North American operations. Prior to Cascade Engineering, Keller worked in Washington DC, New York City, Urubamba, Peru and Uganda. 

Mike GluhanichMike is a managing director in the Business Advisory practice at Huron Consulting, where he co-leads the Industrials vertical. Huron’s Business Advisory capabilities include restructuring & turnaround, performance acceleration, commercial dispute advisory, valuation, and investment banking services. He has over 20 years of experience managing and advising manufacturing businesses, driving performance improvement and turnarounds, and leading strategic business development, productivity, liquidity enhancement, and margin improvement initiatives. He also has experience with acquisitions, post-merger integration, and divestitures; business wind-downs and plant consolidations; and product launches and plant start-ups.

Before joining Huron, Mike worked for several middle market suppliers in the automotive industry.
