TMA Northern Ohio Annual Golf Outing 2024

SCHEDULE 
11:00am: Registration and Lunch - Locker Room Facilities Available 
12:00pm: Shotgun Start
4:30pm: Reception, Dinner & Prizes 

REGISTRATION & PRICING
All registration includes golf, lunch, and dinner for one player. Registration Deadline is Monday, 7/1/24. Sponsorship deadlines are June 24th.

Member: $200
Non-member: $250
Reception/Dinner Only: $100

OTHER INFORMATION

Cancellation Policy: The deadline to cancel for a full refund is 4:00pm on Monday, July 1, 2024 (the “Cancellation Date”). There will be no refunds given after the Cancellation Date, but a substitute attendee is welcome. If you need to cancel, please consider sending a colleague in your place. The difference between member/non-member rates may be applicable. There are no exceptions to the Cancellation Policy.

Attire
Golf (Men and Women): Collared shirts, no denim; Reception/Dinner: Casual 

Parking
Please self park in the parking lot and walk to the registration table nearby. After you check in, a caddy can take your clubs from your car.
