PENN CLUB DRESS CODE
Business Casual Attire is permitted at all times throughout the Clubhouse. Acceptable Business Casual attire includes collared shirts, sweaters, turtlenecks, dress slacks, khakis, corduroy trousers, skirts, dresses and athletic shoes. Relaxed Casual Attire is permitted at all times in the Grill Room, Lobby, Franklin Library, Guest Rooms and Business Center. Acceptable Relaxed Casual Attire includes Business Casual Attire as well as jeans in good repair and knee-length shorts. Members are required to use the coatroom and refrain from placing coats on chairs in the library and restaurants. 

The following attire is not acceptable unless the person is transiting between the entrance and the Palestra or their bedroom: T-shirts, sweat suits or jogging suits, Lycra or Spandex garments, above knee-length shorts, and ripped or frayed clothing.

CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Please note TMA NYC adheres to a strict no cancellation/no refund/no registration fees applied to future events policy.  However, substitutions are welcomed. To send a substitute, simply send an email by NOON EST the business day before the event, at newyorkchapter@turnaround.org detailing your substitute’s: Name, Firm, Business Title, Business Address, Business phone and Business email. Thank you.

FINANCIAL AID POLICY FOR CLE
CLE financial aid assistance is available for attorneys who wish to attend TMA New York CLE programs but find it difficult to attend due to cost considerations. To qualify for financial aid assistance, you must contact us via email no later than three weeks before a course offering. CLE financial aid assistance is available for up to 75% of selected course fees for all attorneys based upon attorney income verification, as noted below. Attorney discounts are based on the criteria below : Unemployed: Full Scholarship Income up to $50,000: 75% discount Income $50,000 – $75,000: 50% discount Income above $75,000: No discount Please forward a letter explaining the reasons for your request for financial aid assistance to newyorkchapter@turnaround.org. Please include your name, address, daytime phone and email address. Please include a letter from your current employer confirming your anticipated current year earnings with your request. If you are currently unemployed, please include a personal statement confirming your current unemployment status with your submission. TMA NY leadership will review your assistance request and respond by email within 36 business hours. Upon notification of approval of aid, TMA NYC will process the attorney's registration accordingly based on award.
