2025 TMA Tennessee Annual Sponsorship Drive

Platinum Level Sponsorship ($2,500.00) (Limit 5 Platinum Sponsors) 

• Eight (8) FREE registrations for any regular luncheon or breakfast event in 2025; 
• Opportunity to present an educational program during 2025 (subject to Board approval) with creative approval of all blast emails promoting the event.  (Board in cooperation with Sponsor has the opportunity to place at least one person on the panel);
• May display literature at all Chapter Events; 
• Verbal acknowledgement as a Platinum Sponsor at all chapter events;  
• Signage to be displayed at all chapter events, specifications are:

            a.  No larger than 2 x 3 ft.;

            b.  Lightweight foam poster board backer;

            c.  Design subject to TMA TN review and approval if different from print/electronic logo; and

            d.  Sponsor to provide 3 identical signs (to be held by TMA TN) for display at Middle, West and East Tennessee meetings. 

• A Platinum “Sponsor” Ribbon added to your name tag at all events; and
• Your company's logo to be displayed in all chapter blast emails. Provided there is no “Special Event” Underwriting Sponsor (see below), logo will be displayed at 1.5 the size of Silver Sponsor logos.  (Annual creative approval for the sponsor block - once approved it will not be altered).

Gold Level Sponsorship ($1,500.00)

• Six (6) FREE registrations for any regular luncheon or breakfast event in 2025;
• May display literature at all Chapter Events; 
• An introduction during one 2025 event;  
• A Gold “Sponsor” Ribbon added to your name tag at all events; 
• Your company's logo to be displayed in all chapter emails at 1.25 the size of Silver Sponsor logos; and
• Your company's logo to be displayed at all chapter events at 1.25 the size of Silver Sponsor logos.

Silver Level Sponsorship($1,000.00)

• Four (4) FREE registrations for any regular luncheon or breakfast event in 2025;
• A Silver “Sponsor” Ribbon added to your name tag at all events; 
• Your company's logo to be displayed in all chapter emails; and
• Your company's logo to be displayed at all chapter events.

“Special Event” Underwriting Sponsor (Cost of the event - minimum $1,500) [Please email if interested in this level]

• Opportunity to present an educational program during 2025 (subject to Board approval) with creative approval of all blast emails promoting the event.  (Board in cooperation with Sponsor has the opportunity to place at least one person on the panel)
