19th Annual Northeast Regional Conference

Welcome to the TMA Northeast Regional Conference! The event will take place August 28-29, 2023 at the Saratoga Casino Hotel in Saratoga Springs, NY. The 4-diamond luxury hotel reflects the timeless elegance of Saratoga with a commitment to customer service & the finest amenities. This premier joint event includes networking, golf, tennis, the Saratoga Race Course and professional development opportunities.  

Conference Registration includes all activities at the Casino Hotel: Reception, Breakfast & Educational Sessions. Golf, Tennis, Track, Spouse/Significant Other and Room charges are additional.

• Members: $325 / Non-Members $425. Early rates available through August 5th. After August 5th: Members: $375 / Non-Members: $475

SARATOGA RACE COURSE: A limited number of tickets are available for conference attendees at The Rail located at the Clubhouse turn on the first floor of the 1863 Club. Enjoy the afternoon in this climate-controlled facility or get a front row view of the action from the apron. A buffet luncheon with cold and hot selections will be featured along with close proximity to the horse path, fabulous sight lines and private betting terminals. 

SARATOGA BATTLEFIELD TOUR: Tour the historic Saratoga Battlefield with a licensed tour guide and bus guide. 

ROOM RESERVATIONS:  The Casino Hotel room block expired on July 27th. If you still need a room after this date, please contact the hotel directly at (518) 584-2110. Please note cancellations at the Casino Hotel must be made more than than 72 hours before arrival to avoid a charge. To avoid EARLY CHECKOUT FEES advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in the planned length of stay. 

**ALTERNATE HOTEL**  Hilton Garden Inn located near the entrance to the Saratoga Spa State Park,  All changes/cancellations must be completed 7 days Prior to Arrival.
