Join us at our Annual Chapter Event w/ William Snyder of CR3 Partners. This meeting will a panel of esteemed turnaround professionals who will comment on a family business case study.  There will be video clips of vignettes and commentary on how to deal with difficult situations and people. The subject for the panel will be managing stakeholders in a stressful situation by using a tool called SBI, which makes professional consider the Situation they are in, the Behavior they exhibited and the Impact of their actions.  Everyone will benefit from this panel and especially NextGen whom are having to deal with toxic situation.
