Please join us for the AI Hype & Hope Lunch and Learn

As AI rapidly transforms industries, it offers groundbreaking opportunities but also introduces complex legal and operational challenges. Professionals, particularly those in restructuring and corporate law, are now facing new concerns around data privacy, regulatory compliance, and the role of AI in decision-making processes. Yet, AI also presents incredible potential for optimizing performance and driving innovation within organizations.

Join us for an exclusive panel where Kevin Neuman, Principal and Healthcare Practice Leader at Novo Advisors, will lead a discussion on AI's impact on restructuring, particularly in healthcare, from both legal and operational perspectives. He will be joined by Ronald Rerko, Practice Director of Healthcare & Life Sciences at Onix Networking Corp, Dr. Galina Datskovsky, a computer scientist specializing in AI and board member at OpenAxes, and Kevin Michael Mooney, a seasoned attorney with over 25 years of experience in technology, cyber, intellectual property, and AI.

Together, they will explore key legal theories relevant to AI, including intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, contractual obligations, and existing regulations. The panel will also cover future-proofing AI models, considering global regulatory pressures, and share practical tips to mitigate legal risks, such as liability concerns and third-party integrations in AI practices.

This is a must-attend session for attorneys and restructuring professionals looking to understand how AI can be harnessed to drive performance improvement while addressing legal risks and ensuring compliance in today’s evolving corporate landscape.
