For years we’ve heard from bankers, accountants and lawyers, that a lack of consistent revenue and customer growth continue to be in their clients top three frustrations for success. This may be a symptom of customer defection, lack of account knowledge, product and technology obsolescence or simply “we just don’t know”. New account generation and current customer penetration successes will occur if you focus on a plan, and it is supported from the top down. Today, this is easier said than done as clients are busier, they take fewer incoming calls and visitor meetings. We want to discuss some of the successful and unsuccessful practices our panel and attendees are utilizing to meet these frustrations, what new technologies and methods seem to breakthrough these barriers to growth.
