Nihar Kandimalla is a Senior Associate at The Keystone Group, a boutique management consulting firm focused on turnaround & restructuring in the middle-market. He has advised companies across numerous industries including automotive component manufacturing, office products distribution, and consumer goods. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.

Morgan Hansen is VP, Regional Sales Manager at Bay View Funding, specializing in working capital for start-ups, rapidly growing companies, and turnaround situations across the United States. She is on the board for TMA Atlanta NextGen as well as Secured Finance Network Atlanta, and was previously President of Secured Finance Network Atlanta’s Emerging Professionals. Morgan is an Atlanta native and holds a BA from Kennesaw State University.
