Cancellation Policy: 
Requests for refunds must be made in writing no later than September 16, 2025 (e-mail is acceptable). Cancellations received after September 16, 2025 will not be refunded. This includes the entire golf outing registration and/or any portion of the registration. TMA does not issue credits for future events, but does welcome substitutions. Substitutions must be submitted in writing (e-mail is acceptable) for TMA consideration. Please note that if you register for the golf outing after the cancellation date has passed, you will not be eligible for any type of refund. These cancellation policies apply to all individuals, regardless of when the registration form is submitted. In the event the chapter cancels the outing, refunds will be offered to registrants. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued following the golf outing, no later than October 1, 2025.
