Moderator: Ryan Seeley, DWH
Ryan Seely is a Senior Financial Analyst at DWH, where he specializes in turnaround and restructuring, financial advisory, and cash flow planning. Over nearly five years with the firm, he has partnered with business owners, lenders, and stakeholders navigating financially distressed situations; helping them stabilize operations, manage cash flow, and build a credible path forward. Ryan brings a people-first approach to complex financial work, pairing rigorous analysis with the judgment and communication needed to guide clients through high-pressure decisions. Ryan serves on the board of his local Risk Management Association (RMA) chapter and contributes to its Young Professionals and Membership committees. He is also an active member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), serving on its NexGen and Sponsorship committees.
Ryan holds a MBA with a specialization in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago and BBA in Financial Planning from Western Michigan University.

Scott Miedema is the Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Miedema Asset Management Group. He assisted in starting Miedema Auctioneering, Inc. with his brother, Sid Miedema, in 1984 and has helped transform their business into a leading global auction and liquidation service provider. The companies annually conduct over 500 auctions and appraise millions of dollars of assets.
Scott Miedema was a pioneer of the online auction methodology, as well as other asset management solutions that have transformed the auction industry. Scott has served as President of the MAA, was inducted into the MAA Hall of Fame in 2009, MAA Bid calling champion 2005, and has conducted hundreds of charity events raising tens of millions for many worthwhile organizations.

Panelist: Thomas W. Cronkright II, Sun Title
Tom Cronkright is the Executive Chairman of CertifID, a technology platform designed to safeguard electronic payments from fraud. He co-founded the company in response to a wire fraud he experienced and the rising instances of real estate wire fraud. He also serves as the CEO of Sun Title, a leading title agency in Michigan. Tom is a licensed attorney, real estate broker, title insurance producer and nationally recognized expert on cybersecurity and wire fraud.
