Britney Baker is an associate at King & Spaulding's Atlanta office, specializing in financial restructuring, bankruptcy, and commercial real estate financing. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, and previously served on the firm’s Atlanta associates committee. Britney holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Stephen Douglass is a Managing Director at Algon Group and founder of Scramble Systems, where he is a partner to companies in transition, distress, or facing complex situations. He has advised companies across sectors and the middle-market. Notably, he developed and executed the stabilization plan for USA Gymnastics in the early stages of its Chapter 11 filing. Stephen's prior experience includes roles in M&A investment banking, private equity, and Division #1 gymnastics, along with coaching and teaching in higher education. He holds a BA William & Mary and an MBA from Babson College.
