Join us for an empowering evening as we spotlight women who are redefining leadership in traditionally male-dominated industries. Breaking Barriers — Women Leading the Way brings together a powerhouse panel of accomplished professionals who will share their personal stories, career-defining moments, and the lessons they’ve learned navigating — and thriving — in spaces where women have historically been underrepresented.
The evening will begin with a keynote presentation by Deborah Lee James, former Secretary of the U.S. Air Force and author of Aim High: Chart Your Course and Find Success. Following her presentation, Rob Katz, Managing Director at Eisner Advisory Group LLC, will moderate a candid panel discussion featuring distinguished women leaders:

After the program, we’ll continue the celebration at Jackie Z’s with desserts, wine, and an exclusive after-hours shopping experience — including personal styling tips and special event-only discounts.
