Competing Concerns of Pursuing Fraud Claims in Bankruptcy will provide an overview of the various parties in a bankruptcy case involving fraud, including the expectations and challenges associated with each role.  The panel, which includes the Honorable Michael B. Kaplan, will discuss the appointment process, investigation, ability to bring claims, and ultimately considerations for approving a settlement if one is reached across the different investigatory roles.
