He is a recognized expert in referral-based business development strategies and has worked with many small businesses and professionals, as well as with people in large companies including Ameriprise Financial, Citigroup, Marsh and McLennan, Bank of America, CBIZ, Northwestern Mutual, Kasowitz Benson Torres, and Gunster law firm. Jeff has a business financial advisory background from working in Investment Banks and Broker Dealers. Over the last 14+ years he has worked under the name "The Referral Navigator" (TRN) as an outside consultant and has unique experience with legal and financial firms. Firms hire him for business development consulting, assessments, advice and implementation of the improved business development plan he helps them create. TRN's work is not based in advertising, social media, pay per click, SEO, recruiting, or paid lead generation. TRN is a consultant, trainer and outside advisor that helps firms help themselves.
